I won't disagree that Muslims seem to be (by and large) complicit in this craziness (witness the insane over-reaction to the Mohamed Cartoons and so on) but it's pointless to try and frame this as a lesson to people who think that the Muslim world is somehow "like" the western world.<BR/><BR/>The only way the World can work against the Extremism that Islam breeds is to embrace and export (in mass amounts) the very Secular excesses they claim to hate.<BR/><BR/>Scoff all you want, but the cultural hegemony of the west is it's most effective weapon against the 14th century mindset of the Muslim.
